I had my undergraduate medical training in Ibadan, Nigeria and postgraduate training as a General Medical Practitioner in the UK. My passion for global health developed during my master’s programme in Global Health & Development at the University College London (UCL). This combined perspective of health continues to personally motivate all my endeavours.
After attending the first GHNGH conference in June 2014, I discovered an opportunity of networking with colleagues with similar interests and passions, directed at influencing global health issues and organisations, in ways that each of us could individually not achieve.
Simply put, I try to think “outside the box”, advising in matters relating to and involving the network. This involves both internal organisation and external representation.
